A job is unsafe or beyond our offered scope

The service terms are not accepted by the client

3. Estimates & Payments

Estimates are based on the information provided and are not binding until confirmed in writing.

Payments are due based on the schedule agreed during service booking.

We accept standard payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital invoices (Stripe or similar).

Unpaid invoices may result in service cancellation and collection efforts.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the service location.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications via phone, text, or email regarding your service request or related offers.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS or unsubscribing via email. Message frequency varies based on service activity.
